whatsoever to make a credit card payment.

This is the sum of your $200 SPC entry fee and the $6 online entry convenience fee.
The convenience fee is non-refundable.

If you can not complete the PayPal webpages to complete entry fee payment,
then you must mail in a check or money order so as to be received by the SPC in San Francisco no later than the entry deadline.
