Privacy notice

Information handled

Coach account information may include name, email, password credentials managed by the independent Coach authentication service, and verification state. Private workspace data includes watchlists, player identifiers, your notes, report requests, and email preferences. Enquiry forms collect name, email, optional organization, message, consent, and a hidden honeypot field used to reduce automated submissions.

Why it is used

Account details support sign-in, verification, password recovery, and server-authorized Coach features. Watchlists and notes support private evaluation. Enquiries are stored for operator review. Email preferences are used only when email is verified and mail delivery is configured.

Payments

If enabled, subscription checkout and billing are handled by the configured payment provider. Payment details are submitted to that provider, not asserted here as stored by Scratch Players. The Coach service reconciles checkout with the provider before reflecting membership access. Test mode may be shown in the interface and is not a live charge.

Website analytics

When enabled in Replit Publishing, Replit analytics measures traffic to the published website, including page views and referral sources. The published website also uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page views. Advertising personalization signals are disabled. Custom events are sent to the analytics services when available and record selected player-search results, enquiry categories, and Coach feature use. Event properties are limited to predefined categories and counts; they do not include search text, form contents, names, email addresses, private notes, player IDs, or payment references. Google Analytics does not run in the development preview.

Sharing, retention, and security

Data may be processed by the authentication, hosting, email, payment, and analytics providers configured by the operator, including Google Analytics. Provider locations, retention periods, deletion procedures, and applicable consent requirements should be confirmed by the operator before launch. Private features are server-gated, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Public ranking data

The current public file is WAGR-sourced. Rights for commercial reuse must be confirmed by the operator. Coach payment does not alter public rankings, eligibility, or correction handling.

Your choices and contact

You may enable email preferences in Coach when mail is ready and your email is verified. If delivery later becomes unavailable, existing preferences can still be turned off. For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact the operator using the details above when configured. Launch readiness does not imply legal approval.
